Signal Brands was founded in 1992 by Jack Rimokh, whose vision for innovation, quality, and strategic partnership shaped the company’s DNA. Securing the global GUESS? Handbags license, Jack built Signal into a global fashion accessories leader.

In the 1990s, Jason Rimokh joined the company, helping expand Signal’s reach through new strategies and global partnerships. Today, under Jason’s leadership, Signal Brands continues to honor its founding spirit — building brands, growing partnerships, and leading with integrity.
